Incredible Burt Wonderstone, The (2013): Steve Buscemi hams it up well and good support from Alan Arkin.
Robinson Crusoe (1954): Restored version easy on the eyes.
Kath and Kimderella (2012): It would have to be Australian.
Come Rain Come Shine (2010): Gets soppy – only interest for me was Alison Steadman.
Emperor (2012): Handles a sensitive subject pretty well.
Most Dangerous Game, The (1932): Short and effective.
Thor (2011): Another special effects actioner.The visuals get the film through – no acting requirements which is quite ironic considering who the director is.
Zodiac (2007): Directors Cut: Takes its time – well researched. The Making Of shows how much effort went into the recreation of events and props.
Iron Man 3 (2013): Much of the same as before with an irritating kid as a bonus.
Oblivion (2013): Limited by the lead casting the film needs to rely on the visuals and plot and partly succeeds.
