Don't Breathe (2016): Stephen Lang is fine – it has a reasonable plot.
Early Winter (2015): I had problems understanding Suzanne Clément's character's harsh dialect so the scenes at home were hard work. The scenes at the retirement home had some very good and gentle moments however.
Milk (2008): Even though its Gus Van Sant don't waste your time with this dramatisation – get the real story from the documentary "Times of Harvey Milk" (1984).
Ocean's Eleven (Ocean's 11) (2001)
Star Trek III - The Search for Spock (1984): The screenplay takes its time and lacks a bit of life at times but this episode does have Christopher Lloyd.
It Might Get Loud (2008): Its good to be able to listen in to talent chewing the fat supported by some interesting archival footage.; DVD ~~$20~~ $15
My Spy (My Mom's New Boyfriend) (2008): It starts off not too bad but it gets more sillier as it goes on. It is watchable however through the efforts of the attractive casting.
Derailed (2005): It failed to hold my attention – the characters were uninteresting and the plot routine.
Some Came Running (1958): Shirley Maclaine's performance and her character are head and shoulders above everybody and everything else. She lights up this otherwise stodgy dragging screenplay.
Free State of Jones (2016): Set designs & wardrobe are good but why did they make a 2 hr drama when a shorter documentary would have sufficed – the use of archival photos showed they had done the research – at least then you know the truth hasn't been dramatised.
