Body Double (1984): Uneven but some scenes do have a genuine suspenseful atmosphere.
Lone Ranger, The (2013): It is quite long but it doesn't really run out of steam to any extent – another great Depp characterisation.
Lion (2016): Patchy because of an uneven screenplay.
Night at the Roxbury, A (1998): A modest middle of the road average comedy.
Tulpan (2008): It is mainly about an open space framed within an often static camera into which a few humans and animals drift in and out. Highly recommended.
Devil's Double, The (2011): The main character is a crackpot and his over the top antics very quickly become silly and boring.; DVD $14.95
Fate of the Furious, The (Fast and the Furious 8) (2017): A Global Warming film. It is about time they knocked this franchise on the head but there is some good work by the special effects and editing teams.
Meet Dave (2008): Not great but watchable.
Freedomland (2006): If for nothing else it will be remembered for Julianne's performance. It is uncharacteristically over the top for her – not sure if she got it wrong or she was mis–directed.
