Raid 2, The (2014): I was surprised there was anybody left to kill after "The Raid". The violence again was unceasing except for the break when they went out and bought some more red paint.; DVD $29.95 | Blu-Ray $34.95
Rabbit Hole (2010): Eckhart's hysterics are a negative (Kidman shows how they should be played) and I'm still not sure if Teller's character was alive or dead. Wiest and Ho are strong in support in this well–written screenplay.
Bloody Judge, The (Trono di fuoco, Il) (1970): It is okay but I think the Hammer Studio would have done a better job.
Mission, The (1986): The screenplay is a bit long but there is compensation in the photography of the stunning locations.
Little Rascals, The (1994): The original Little Rascals are still worth watching – my usual argument is then why a remake? However, this is a remake that has been worth the making. The kids are a good imitation and a delight.
Zack and Miri Make a Porno (2008): It is a good example of a comedy writer who has run out of ideas – there is an air of desperation to it.
Sharp Objects (TV Mini-series) (2018): Amy Adams is outstanding in a warts and all part and she with Patricia Clarkson, who gives the very professional performance we come to expect, do justice to a well written and well–produced screenplay.; DVD ~~$20~~ $15
Frank (2014): After strong early promise, it really weakens out and loses its way without quite going off the rails.
Thor: Ragnarok (2017): It goes on for a long time but some attempts at humour help.
Wedding Crashers (2005): The one with the nose is as irritating as usual and the level of comedy is pretty mediocre.
