2001: A Space Odyssey (1968): A film which was completely confusing, with poor voice quality, and outdated characters, and scenery. It only received two stars, because a) Its end visuals were awesome, and b) HAL was a cool baddie!; DVD ~~$20~~ $15
Onedin Line, The (TV Series) (1974-1980): I remember watching this as a teen, and always recall proud James Onedin, as he built up his shipping line, with his bumbling older brother, Robert. And sister Elizabeth, always added a bit of nostalgia!
Forbidden Planet (1956): A true classic of the genre, and one of my favorites! Starring a very young Leslie Nielsen, Walter Pidgeon, and Anne Francis, this thrilling, cult SciFi movie, is one that I will remember for a very long time.
