Town, TheTown, The (2010)
4 stars (Very Good) Affleck proves himself as a director and Jeremy Renner steals the show with a spectacular performance as an unpredictable bank robber.
Batman: The Dark KnightBatman: The Dark Knight (2008)Recommended
4 stars (Very Good) Heath Ledger is phenomenal and takes the Joker in a direction never seen before, but apart from him and an overlooked Gary Oldman, it is nothing more than a solid crime film, with the Batman element being entirely forgettable.
Batman BeginsBatman Begins (2005)Recommended
3 stars (Good Enough) Nolan's direction and the script is solid, but Cillian Murphy's talents are underused, Bale's Bruce Wayne is stale and the film is entirely forgettable.
Batman ReturnsBatman Returns (1992)Recommended
3 stars (Good Enough) Nowhere near as good at the first Burton installment, but still solid and full of style and excitement.
