Cold Sweat (De La Part Des Copains) (1970): Bit better than formalistic.
Ambushers, The (1967): Dated but harmless.
Ira & Abby (2006): A talky where nothing happens – occasional hint at humour.
Gene Simmons: Family Jewels (TV Series) (2006): Season 1 – Not sure why this was made but presumably there is a fan club somewhere. It has an underlying grubbiness.
We Need to Talk About Kevin (2011): Strong screenplay – interesting soundtrack – good acting from the child actors – Tilda Swinton is on camera for the majority of the time and gives a tour de force performance.
Taste of Money, The (2012): Not a strong plot but the characters make it interesting.; DVD ~~$29.95~~ $14.95
Animatrix, The (2003): The stronger episodes are worth the watch.
Big Picture, The (2010): Weak story line has little challenge for Duris.
Premium Rush (2012): Seems to be a desperation in the search for material to make a film at any cost.
Phantom Planet, The (1961): A good and worthy example of its genre.
