Bachelorette (2012): Terrible script which relies on grubbiness and foul language for laughs.
Tortoise in Love (2012): Gentle humour linked to only slightly exaggerated characters make it work.
Tales From The Darkside: The Movie (1990): Patchy but watchable.
Incredible Shrinking Woman, The (1981): Good cast – not hilarious but passable comedy.
Two for the Money (2005): Unable to empathise with the money obsessed characters – another foul mouthed yelling performance from Pacino – I think Spacey would have handled it better.
Legend (1986): As usual Cruise is miscast but he gets a chance to show a bit of leg. The visuals are impressive.
Forbidden Planet (1956): Impressive set designs. Would be a good starting point for an appreciation of science fiction film.
Circle Of Iron (The Silent Flute) (1978): A real oddball.Has a bit of a lot of things.Cameo from Eli Wallach and Christopher Lee makes a compulsory appearance.
Defending Your Life (1991): Patchy. Slowed down by flashbacks. For it to compete with other \"heaven films\" needed to be shorter and snappier.
Sessions, The (2012): Strange subject matter – would pay to be in the mood. A poor relation to Diving Bell and Sea Inside.
