Hobbit, The - An Unexpected Journey (2012): Works best when Martin Freeman (great choice) is allowed to work on his own doing his hobbit thing otherwise just another action movie with make–up.; DVD ~~$20~~ $15 | Blu-Ray ~~$20~~ $15
War of the Worlds (2005): Very good creatures and visuals. Although Tim Robbins appears there are no acting requirements.
Professionals, The (1966): Strong cast and script.
World's Fastest Indian, The (2005): Virtuoso performance from Hopkins – without him it may not have succeeded.; DVD ~~$20~~ $15
Yellow Teddybears, The (Gutter Girls) (1963): A bit preachy at times perhaps but sincere and made for all the right reasons.
Ladies and Gentlemen...The Rolling Stones (1972): The sound is a bit better on Blu Ray which also has bonus footage.
Kolobos (1999): It promises more than it delivers but is better than most of its type.
Dead Zone, The (1983): A star for the story a star for the director and a star for the one who is perfect for the part.
Final Fantasy - The Spirits Within (2001): Too many action scenes which are nothing special. It is at its best when the visuals portray desolate landscapes.
Bel Ami (2012): Nothing much happens so Pattinson\'s casting is okay but its a waste of a good female cast.
