Desperado (1995): It doesn't get better than the opening scene courtesy of Steve Buscemi.
White Bird in a Blizzard (2014): A reasonable screenplay but the film's strength is in the performances of the mother and the daughter slugging it out.
Paris When it Sizzles (1964): I suppose Audrey was always going to be on the casting director's shortlist for this.
Zone of Interest, The (2023): You should also see Alain Resnais's 30min. "Night and Fog" (1955).; DVD $29.95 | Blu-Ray $34.95
Saint-Ex (1995): An interesting presentation of the screenplay. A slice of an obviously interesting life might encourage further reading.
Walk in the Clouds, A (1995): It is okay as a well produced period piece.
Lone Wolf McQuade (1983): Chuck is more watchable than others of his ilk.
Cemetery Junction (2010): Most of it was okay, but now and again, there is some intentionally doubtful material which lowers the comedy's overall quality.
Mary (2005): A strange screenplay.
Shinjuku Incident (San suk si gin) (2009): The material lacks freshness and Jackie looks a touch out of place.
