Sapphires, The (2012): A nice story unconvincingly recreated. Good music.
Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries (TV Series) (2012): Stylish and engaging.
A Place to Call Home (TV Series) (2013): Certainly not Downton Abbey, but simpler and equally gripping wealthy family drama. Well–acted and scripted. Excellent dog. Most servants invisible, especially grooms.
Davy Crockett - King of the Wild Frontier (1954): Very silly!
Lone Ranger, The (1956): You need a tough stomach to swallow this nonsense!
3:10 to Yuma (1957): I tried to like this. But the book is much better, as are all books by Elmore Leonard, likely the greatest American crime–writer ever!
Alamo, The (1960): Ancient fairy–tales! Very dusty.
Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, The (1962): Slow. But only one bad guy gets shot, and the music is great! Classic.
For a Few Dollars More (1965): Very entertaining and gripping!; DVD ~~$20~~ $15
Banksy Does New York (2014): Interesting, but not gripping or informative; DVD $24.95
