Citizen Khan (TV Series) (2012)
It takes a couple of episodes to get used to the rhythm and the format is over familiar. However there are some witty one liners and its good that they can take the piss out of themselves.
Used People (1992)
The screenplay was a bit frothy but its a superb female cast – whatever attracted them to this ensemble I don't know but we should be grateful.
Shooting Lily (1996)
A mildly interesting concept – at least its not too long.
Rhapsody in Blue (1945)
Should have been made only as a musical as it shoots itself in the foot with the bits in between the musical numbers – although Alda does do a good job.
Two Bits (1995)
For the most part its a very good script with some humorous moments.
Take a Hard Ride (1975)
A competently made western with more than a competent cast.
Arabian Adventure (1979)
The highlight is the wonderful out of date special effects.
Song for a Raggy Boy (2003)
The performances are fine and that of Iain Glen unnervingly so.There is nothing complicated about the screenplay but it tends to get a bit over dramatic toward the end. The sets aided by the miserable weather are appropriately depressing.
South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut (1999)
The rat a tat dialogue was hard to make out which is probably just as well and the animation style is pretty basic.
Little Men (2016)
I couldn't find anything in the screenplay to get excited about.
