Manhattan (1979): Opening shots of Manhattan the highlight but they are ruined by a whining narrator. The whining continues throughout & is no help to a thin screenplay/characters. Keaton/Streep deserve better. Another Allen project where he casts himself as the romantic.
Family, The (2016): File under crime. Bastards.
Shorts (2009): An okay watch for the family and others.
Death and Life of Otto Bloom, The (2016): The screenplay is interesting in parts. We can all relate to those days when time goes backwards.
Against All Odds (1984): The screenplay is not very strong and it takes too long. Ward and Bridge's characters have a relationship – who could see that coming?
Snowden (2016): This dramatisation of real events takes its time but gets there in the end.
Rescuers, The (1977): It has good old fashioned animation and delightful characters.
Rudderless (2014): The musical segments are okay and overall its not a waste of time.
Lorax, The (2012): Aka "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax". Quality family story and animation with delightful characters.
Good Old Fashioned Orgy, A (2011): This kind of immature stuff has been done a million times before.
