Little Things, The (2020): Denzel sleepwalks through this but I guess that is understandable.
Nightmare Alley (2021): Well produced but It is not obvious why it needed two and a half hours to tell the story.rnA more charismatic lead would have eased the burden.
40 Days and 40 Nights (2001): It seemed longer.
Mrs. Palfrey at the Claremont (2005): The screenplay is fine, if a little familiar in parts, but Dame Joan is acting royalty and you need no other reason for watching this.
Class of 1999 (1989): It is a worthy member of its genre with the characters performed by John P. Ryan and Stacy Keach of most interest.
Prisoners of the Ghostland (2021): It doesn't always work and maybe none of it works but it is entertaining, zanely different and I suspect the cast enjoyed making it.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007): There is a dream adult casting and they make it worthwhile even for nonfans of the franchise.
Finding Steve McQueen (2019): Fimmel has been watching too many Paul Newman movies as his expressions resembled PN rather than McQueen. As with all watchable heist movies the action tended to be handled with a light touch.
Reservoir Dogs (1992): There doesn't seem to be a halfway house with the screenplay – it is either full on action or heavy on dialogue. Not great but there are some memorable segments and the casting and soundtrack are spot on.
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005): Entertaining – an action film with a light touch.
