Into the Forest (2015): Has some worthy suspenseful moments but its strength lies in the sibling relationship thanks in no small part to the casting.
Wizards Of Waverly Place: The Movie (2009): Not great but passable.
Across the Universe (2007): A film you can listen to and appreciate some of the best singer song writers. Some of the production numbers are very good and for the most part the padding in between the songs is watchable.
Coneheads (1993): The one–joke scenario stays the distance because of its outrageousness and the ability of the cast to put it across.; DVD ~~$20~~ $15
Batman Returns (1992): Some very good set designs, special effects and make–up plus there is Christopher Walken who doesn't need a costume.
Capote (2005): The pace of the film needs a bit of patience but it has good production values and performances all round.
Narc (2002): The performances of the leads are very good and the screenplay and settings are suitably gritty.
Doc (1971): I can't be bothered with Earp and Holliday but what was impressive was the set design of Tombstone.
Twilight (2008): It is not credible that anyone could fall romantically for somebody that looks like Pattinson. For the amount of make–up that is used it should be the scariest film ever but it is a bit of a sop in that regard.
March of the Penguins (2005): Wonderful front line film making under extreme conditions. Morgan Freeman's narration is an inseparable part of the experience.
