Trolls (2016): The family animation genre has been flooded but this whilst not great is very watchable.
Senna (2010): There are watchable bits in between the racing.
Yellow Birds, The (2017): It is okay but there is some familiarity to other films involving young soldiers in the invasion of Iraq and other places.; DVD $29.95
Monsters, Inc. (2001): It has a good plot idea but its strength is in the wonderful odd looking characters.
Ice Age 3: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs (2009): The mayhem continues.
District 9 (2009): I liked it a bit better the second time around but the wobbly camera was a distraction, unnecessary and irritating. The set designers and alien makers deserve the extra star.
Gran Torino (2008): His is one of the more grumpier characters to hit the screen.
Constant Gardener, The (2005): Many films of two hours or more overstay their welcome but this one is worth all its time. It has a good literary base to draw on and the right casting and direction.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017): Hamill's lined face is a reminder of how long this successful franchise has survived.
Midnight Express (1978): It is still a fine film 40 years on and still an uncomfortable watch. Alan Parker in the "Making Of" says no actor that has worked for him has put more into a part than Brad Davis.; DVD ~~$24.95~~ $18.70
