Young Savages, The (1961)
The screenplay is serviceable but it does have some memorable New York street scenes, particularly at the opening of the film.
Secret Ceremony (1968)
Not in the top bracket of the Director's canon, but it does have an interesting screenplay and a hard to ignore cast.
Crusades, The (1935)
To watch it was a crusade.
Simple Life Of Noah Dearborn, The (1999)
Written to be soppy but the cast keeps the soppiness to a bearable level.
Munster, Go Home (1966)
The challenge is to take a black and white TV show away from Mockingbird Lane change it to a coloured feature and locate it in England. It is not successful but it does have some worthwhile segments.
Intersection (1993)
There is no surprise as to which direction this screenplay takes.
Faust (1926)
A strong story is well told with the special effects very commendable as is the performance of Emil Jannings who with a bit of help from his character stole his scenes.
Side Effects (2013)
It was okay but Law and or his character just got annoying.
Mud (2012)
It is long and too long for me for a screenplay driven by two boy characters but the shooting locations help to add interest. Matthew hard to spell McC is okay in this one.
Much Ado About Nothing (1993)
I'm not qualified to comment on the adaptation but it is beautifully shot and the casting mix is interesting with Emma Thompson the standout.
