Lemmon is a bit tiresome but the basic comedy premise is good except that it is a bit stretched out. The best scenes are the shots taken in the office showing the rows of laboring workers.
The screenplay is familiar with plenty of shoot–ups but Van Cleef is always interesting and because it is an Italian production there are some unfamiliar faces in the cast.
There is refreshingly little dialogue and no violence – on the contrary, there is some merriment over the product placement for Scania trucks. The baby does not need to go to acting school – she's a natural and a scene stealer already.
