Smokey Bites the Dust (1981): A mixture of comedy and harmless silliness.
Snowman, The (2017): The screenplay was a bit untidy but watchable mainly because it had genuine talent in several of the roles.
Mom and Dad (2017): This is a good example of desperate script writing.
Unbreakable (2000): Willis is hardly the enthralling performer and I was unable to give the screenplay the attention it probably deserved.
Apartment, The (1960): Lemmon is a bit tiresome but the basic comedy premise is good except that it is a bit stretched out. The best scenes are the shots taken in the office showing the rows of laboring workers.
Bad Man's River (1971): The screenplay is familiar with plenty of shoot–ups but Van Cleef is always interesting and because it is an Italian production there are some unfamiliar faces in the cast.
Red Doors (2005): The best bits involve the father character.
They Drive by Night (1940)
Trial, The (1962): Great use of lighting for effect and the other highlights were the interior set designs and the "crowd" shots.
Las Acacias (2011): There is refreshingly little dialogue and no violence – on the contrary, there is some merriment over the product placement for Scania trucks. The baby does not need to go to acting school – she's a natural and a scene stealer already.
