Wrecking Crew, The (1969): A forgettable screenplay but there is some interest in the female casting and Nigel Green has acting talent.
White Elephant (2012): The screenplay is okay but it doesn't really break any new ground on what has gone before with similar dramas.
Reservation Road (2007): The screenplay relies on contrivance and loses a lot of credibility early on.
Lo And Behold: Reveries of the Connected World (2016): Werner is an entertaining host and through his using humorous touches, he is able to extract the right information from his interviewees without treading on toes.
Tag (2018): As a comedy, its best bits can more accurately be described as silly.
She Shears (2018): It is a good promotion for a skillful & physically demanding sport. A sport that also produces something positive as an end result (a shorn sheep). Refreshingly there is nothing pretentious about these ladies & they are good company throughout the film.
Ipcress File, The (1965): Very good performances from Caine and Green who are at their best when they are crossing swords. The screenplay lags a bit toward the end but the ending itself is very good.
High Noon (1952): It has an intelligent screenplay that is compactly told. It concentrates more on the human element rather than a large body count.; DVD ~~$19.95~~ $14.95
Juliet, Naked (2018): Considering its origins it didn't work as well as it should have – it lacked a spark or two.
Cactus Flower (1969): It is a talkie that has little to remember it by – which is a surprise considering the talent of the cast.
