Big Heat, The (1953): 4/5 – Top noir from Fritz Lang, with a young Lee Marvin and a superb witty Gloria Grahame.
Nothing But The Truth (2008): 4/5 – Brilliant subject, even if given a bit simplistic treatment. Good reminder at a time when investigative journalism is under fire.
No Country for Old Men (2007): 5/5 – Superb film, excellent actors with Javier Bardem above the lot. To put in your emergency bag (before next tsunami, tornado, fire, earthquake, etc....)
