When a mysterious spacecraft appears, top secret government agents (Donald Sutherland and Eric Thal) along with a NASA biologist (Julie Warner) discover that the parasites within it are capable of turning humans into zombie slaves, and are fast multiplying. A heavy handed interpretation of the source material, which simplifies the story into a straight ahead action movie.
