Aroview: A "return to form" for THE CONJURING franchise (after the egregious ANNABELLE), this prequel featuring the eponymous possessed doll tormenting a nun and several orphans. Though the plot and the storytelling offer nothing particularly new, the frights are masterfully executed and genuinely freaky.
