The film also examines Jiro's complex relationship with his 50-year-old son, whom is expected to take over running his 10-seat sushi restaurant where clientele book months in advance for a coveted seat.

4 stars (Very Good) 4/5 - Not so much to learn about sushi making but more about the Jiro man . He may not have been easy to work with (under!) but his perfectionism, passion and "kaizen" is fascinating. ~Anonz
