Aroview: A treat for culinary aficionados, this rigorous but appetizing fly-on-the-wall doco takes diners behind the scenes of (the now closed) El Bulli, widely considered the best and most famous restaurant in the world.
Though never quite probing far enough into the psychology and motivation behind the restaurant's impossibly high standards, foodies will find themselves both salivating and in awe at the meticulous production the goes into El Bulli's thirty-course menu, and the almost-scientific perfection at the heart of every mouth-watering dish.

3 stars (Good Enough) watch this while also scanning El Bullis's website...these guys went down with the Spanish economy....once you know this...you have to wonder at the way they were running the place....it turns into a commedy, and an example of how not to run a business ~Ingrid
2 stars (Good Try) There are a lot of cooking documentaries but the cooks in this one refreshingly don't have the histrionics typical of other kitchens. The dishes produced should please aficionados but maybe not those of us who eat to avoid hunger. ~Tubbs
