Four Minutes
Aroview: Unrelentingly gritty German drama of redemption details the hostile relationship between an incarcerated piano player and her emotionally chilly teacher, both of whom have to contend with deep psychological damage and various obstacles in order to come to terms with each other and the world at large.
Sustained by terrifically gutsy performances from the two leads, and refreshing in its unsentimental treatment of some downright bleak subject material, this generally hits the right notes, though the slightly forced finale may not resound with all.

5 stars (Exceptional) Superb acting. ~Tubbs
4 stars (Very Good) 4/5 - Quite an amazing acting fate by the 2 main actresses despite the bleak environment and the epoch. True the end is a bit weak, but by that time, I have been sold the story. ~Anonz
