'The Zodiac Killer' (1971) - Dir. Tom Hanson. Made during the titular serial killer's actual reign of terror in San Francisco, this contains some hilarious 'acting', plus several truly creepy moments.

'The Sex Killer' (1967) - Dir. Barry Mahon. A short, but punchy thriller about a mannequin-obsessed weirdo who murders various women in NYC.

'Zero In and Scream' (1970) - Dir. Lee Frost. Sexually explicit suspenser set around a deranged sniper, whose erotic fantasies verge into real life, producing homocidal episodes.
