Aroview: Cocked with outstanding set pieces, daring twists and a desperate, exciting romanticism, this 'B-movie' thriller makes the grade with any of the all-time great film noirs.
John Dall plays a well-intentioned gun enthusiast who is lured into serious crime by deadly female Cummins, who may or may not have straight-shooting motives. Both give wonderful, naturalistic performances and generate a palpable sexual chemistry as they engage on an escalating, take-no-prisoners crime spree that can only end in disaster.

		- 3 stars (Good Enough) A good example of compact film making - even when there was a lull in the action there was some purpose to it. The car chase scenes were impressive and looked authentic and so did Peggy Cummins. ~Tubbs
- 5 stars (Exceptional) fascinating stuff ~stve
- 4 stars (Very Good) ~Regando
