Navigator, The

Aroview: One of Buster Keaton's most evocative silent comedies, playing a naive youth who becomes marooned upon a gigantic yacht drifting out to sea.

Unbeknown, a young woman is also aboard, but the vastness of the vessel prevents each from finding the other for some time. Then follows a succession of novel crises, all touched with Keaton's melancholy brand of whimsy. DVD edition also contains two shorter Keaton comedies 'The Boat' (1921) and 'The Love Nest' (1923).
