Small-time clairvoyant Cate Blanchett, whose ‘gift’ is usually confined to marriage-advice, assists the police with a brutal murder but soon after finds herself drawn into the agendas of the living and the dead.

3 stars (Good Enough) Annie is a recently widowed mother of three boys in a small rural town with a gift for giving psychic readings, which gets her into all kinds of strife when she advises a woman to leave her husband. Creepy, starts out promising but becomes corny. ~GenXGirl
2 stars (Good Try) Ribisi is silly and Reeves is out of his depth but overall it is a little bit better than average for the genre. ~Tubbs
