Aroview: Drama set in Germany in 1933, following a group of people as they contend with the rise of the Nazi Party and the effect it has on their lives. James Stewart plays a German who refuses to support the Nazis, going against the rest the small Bavarian town he lives in. He falls in love with a woman who also refuses to conform and they attempt to escape to Austria.

A rare anti-Nazi Hollywood film made before the country entered the war, it infuriated the Nazi government and led to the entire MGM catalogue being banned in Germany.
