Aroview: A strange and sinister - but also uttering beguiling - fantasy combining phantasmagorical imagery and a dewy atmosphere to metaphorically chart the menstrual and sexual awakening of a group of boarding school girls.

While certainly on the edge of appropriateness for pubescent viewers, this is thoughtfully and artfully constructed by its talented female director, who loads her mesmerizing visuals with plenty of symbolism and meaning.

4 stars (Very Good) The photography both in light and dark was top rate and created alternately stunning visuals and then a sinister atmosphere. The material was fresh and I don't know how much coaching the kids playing the lead characters required but all were good. ~Tubbs
