Aroview: An expressive, cosmopolitan musical about the life and loves of a mother and daughter spanning four decades, played by the Real McCoy, Catherine Deneuve and Chiara Mastroianni.

A follow-up to his 2007 musical, LOVE SONGS, dir. Honoré indulges in a playful, formless style that will frustrate some viewers. However, for those open to the pleasures and serendipity of his distinctly new wave sensibility - as well as the films of Jacques Demy, who is paid homage to here - this is a surprising and affecting delight.
