Aroview: Cult sketch comedy of the zeitgeist that affectionately skewers the liberals, hipsters and well-intentioned naifs attempting to live out their utopian fantasies in Portland, Oregon.
Centred around the comedy team of Fred Armisen (Saturday Night Live) and Carrie Brownstein (a former indie-rocker with Sleater-Kinney) who inhabit a range of recurring characters, many of whom are pretentious or anally-retentive. The roster of guest stars includes Kyle MacLachlan (as the mayor of Portland), Heather Graham, Jason Sudeikis, Aubrey Plaza, Selma Blair, film director Gus Van Sant, and singer/songwriters Aimee Mann and Sarah McLachlan.

5 stars (Exceptional) Delirious stuff. My favourite sketch is the 'safe-word' couple (with Carrie playing the man, Fred the woman). The quality falters slightly in the final episode, but otherwise...genius!~HiFi
