Four Holidays

Aroview: A big-named cast round out this festive blockbuster focused on a couple as they struggle to visit all four of their divorced parents on Christmas Day.

Witherspoon and Vaughn do their best to convince us they're a happily married couple, but the weak, gag-centric script forces them to fall back on their individual shticks (his: motor-mouthed and obnoxious, hers: chirpy) to carry the picture through. The rest of the alarmingly overqualified cast lend some gravitas, although it is Kristen Chenoweth as Witherspoon's overly-aggressive sister who provides the most laughs.
