Aroview: Live recording of Lou Reed's 2006 performance of his underrated 1973 album 'Berlin,' brought resplendently back to life by a commanding Reed accompanied by a seven piece orchestra, Youth Chorus and high-profile backing band played out against the backdrop of the once segregated city.
Played out like a rock opera with its merging of film, art and music told through the story of a junkie couple, this is more than a simple concert recording - it's footage of an unrepeatable moment in musical history.

		- 1 star (Turkey) This macho presentation of adventures in Berlin in 1973 by Schnabel/Reed lacks courage & insight, not to speak of chord progression. It contrasts unfavorably with the innovative music of the era like Laura Nyro's Christmas & the Beads of Sweat (1970). ~Sandy
- 3 stars (Good Enough) Not great Lou Reed but it is still Lou Reed. ~Tubbs
