Aroview: Popular monkey 'Curious George', who first appeared in the 1940s picture-books by Margaret and H A Rey, gets a nicely mischievious bigscreen outing here, spreading havoc in Big City America after smuggling himself out of Africa into the care of a hapless adventurer (voiced by Will Ferrell).

With boldly simple visuals and laidback songs by Jack Johnson to complement the endless shenanigans, this is subversive - in a pre-school kind of way. However, grown-ups are warned against exercising too much curiosity...
