Aroview: Jovial animation tells of the best laid plans of a scheming raccoon (voiced by Bruce Willis), who recruits a gaggle of forest creatures to invade the suburban sprawl encroaching on their natural habitat in search of junk food so he can placate a menacing bear, threatening to dine on him instead.
With much of the humour emerging from the eccentric oddball bunch of expert scavengers - a turtle, skunk, squirrel, possum and porcupine - this steps into more suspenseful territory when their human neighbours move into pest-eradication mode. As with all Dreamworks productions, there are commendably polished visuals, even while the overall scenario sags. Still, youngsters will be enthralled by its underdog perspective and enthusiastic voice cast.
