“an engaging and challenging portrait of a man whose robust methods cannot disguise his passionate affection for his charges.”~Peter Calder, New Zealand Herald

Aroview: Keenly observational documentary about an empathetic assistant principal (Gary Peach) who battles to keep his students in school and out of trouble at South Auckland's Aorere College.

The film follows the stories of three Pacific Island and Maori students from the lower socio-economic area as they struggle with the complex issues preventing them from getting an education. But it is the endearing determination of "Peachy" to make a difference that gives the film its heart and soul, while perhaps reinforcing the belief that standards of education in general rests on the quality and commitment of its teachers.
