Aroview: An early French musical, so delightful it was to inspire the likes of the Marx Brothers and Charlie Chaplin and even the American Musical as a whole.

Following an impoverished artist's search for his winning lottery ticket, this scene by scene matches its lyricism with innovation, especially in its pioneering use of non-synchronous sound, famously showcased by a street fight post-dubbed as a rugby match.
