Aroview: Fairly balanced exploration of the Cuban Revolution as told through the rise of Fidel Castro, from revolutionary fighter, to popular leader and Communist despot.

Has been roundly criticised by both Castro pundits and critics, and while depicting the familiar and fatal compromise between idealism and political reality, this works in enough human facets to give a satisfactory, if not completely factual, account of events. Bernal later reprised his role as Che Guevera for THE MOTORCYCLE DIARIES.
