Aroview: Although the fourth in a film series about a flashy martial-arts cop, this is generally considered the best, with Yen taking his police job in Seattle to Hong Kong in pursuit of a witness fleeing CIA drug-dealers.

Yen has a certain laidback charisma, which is a clear imitation of Jackie Chan's character from POLICE STORY, though the real strength here is a litany of superb action scenes and manic stuntwork.
