Aroview: Barrel-scrapingly hilarious, this GREMLINS knock-off sees a hairy troll turning an apartment block into a "garden of ancient evil", by using residents as seed pods for his species. The odd casting is another cheesy bonus. The film is surpassed by it's vastly inferior and greatly entertaining sequel (included with the disc).
