Heart of Darkness

Aroview: A more literal adaptation of the Joseph Conrad novel that inspired APOCALYPSE NOW. Roth plays the British captain leading a team along the Congo and Malkovich is Kurtz, the General gone insane at a remote outpost. Earnestly intended, but the material has already been chartered on film with far more conviction.
