Aroview: Eerie, heavily-stylized independent film with a prestige cast and exquisite design and photography that serve less of a storyline than its allegorical ideas.

Set in a desolate Montana of 1955, a group of federal agents are sent in to cajole the few remaining residents to leave the eponymous town which in two days time will be flooded as part of a dam-building project. Grizzled man-of-God Nick Nolte is none too happy, while his son has fevered imaginings that blur with the dreamlike proceedings.

The film completes a loose trilogy for the twin Polish Brothers after TWIN FALLS IDAHO and JACKPOT.
