Aroview: Expert FBI 'profiler' Jolie is recruited onto a case in deepest Canada involving a serial killer who murders blonde-haired men then assumes their identities.

Although Jolie and the grainy atmosphere are actually quite impressive, this finally never develops the possibilities of its 'gay' themes and psychopath, instead taking the wellworn paths of the genre. In all, a solid followup from the dir. of THE SALTON SEA.
