Aroview: Light 'tweeny' comedy in which teenage centre-of-attention Lohan (FREAKY FRIDAY) is moved to the dull suburbs with her family and finds herself having to work up the social ladder again, delaying her long wished-for rendezvous with pop idol Garcia. On the whole this caters for a younger audience, though a few sneaky jokes shine through the sparkly trappings.

2 stars (Good Try) The screenplay includes the compulsory teenage bitch bully with hangers on but although there is a lack of originality Lohan holds the film together and makes it watchable. ~Tubbs
