Aroview: A ghost-story set aboard a US submarine in 1943, that combines a spooky use of sound, darkness and psychology to keep it above the prowling cliches.

When the sub – which has already seen the death of its captain - picks up three survivors of a shipwreck, questions of loyalty begin to surface as they are systematically hunted by German destroyers, while a ghostly presence manifests itself within the dripping corridors and tunnels of the vessel. Low-budget resourcefulness makes the obligatory thrills go the distance. Co-written by Darren Aronofsky (Pi).
