Aroview: Based on a real-life haunted house (San Jose’s Winchester House) this Stephen King mini-series has Nancy Travis leading a team of psychics, seers and telekinetics to investigate the Rose Red Mansion. Throwing in all the usual shock-tactics, this macabre pastiche is an enjoyable little foray into the supernatural. Also stars Mr King himself.
