Aroview: Esteemable sequel to the 1998 original, this finds the supernaturally fatal videotape – the one that causes death, a week after watching it - still in circulation.

Trailing the first batch of victims come reporters and an investigative doctor, while other characters from the first film start to exhibit creepy powers similar to Sadako, the cursed instigator. With an eerie score and Cronenberg-like atmosphere of foreboding, this is, like its predecessor, a confirmed horror-classic.

Note: Interestingly, this is actually the second sequel to RINGU, and assumes that the first sequel (RASEN) was not made!
