Room for Romeo Brass, A
Aroview: This extraordinary coming-of-age story places two twelve-year-old boys in the company of a well-meaning but socially-inept adult who has designs on one of their sisters.
The volatility of the situation creates a tension not usually found in ‘social realist’ dramas, and in a bravura performance, Paddy Considine creates a tragically unhinged character that is entirely unique. Soundtrack includes Stone Roses, Beck, Beth Orton and Billy Bragg.

4 stars (Very Good) Romeo and Knocks are a pair of typical 12-year old buddies, however the boys' friendship is when a stranger shows up in town who comes close to destroying their companionship. Funny, sad, and terrifying. ~GenXGirl
